John W. Dalton

Mr. Dalton is currently Managing Member of Dalton Creations, L.L.C. a privately-held entity involved in locating and funding private investment opportunities. Mr. Dalton currently serves on the Board of Directors and as Chief Financial Officer for Innovative Leisure Partners, L.L.C. He serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Zabbit Entertainment, L.L.C.

Mr. Dalton is the former President and Chief Executive Officer of WorldPort Communications, Inc. ("WorldPort") an international communications company involved in trans-Atlantic fiber-ownership, domestic and international switching operations, operator services and technology based communications solutions for the international tele-communications industry. As a co-founder of WorldPort, Mr. Dalton participated in raising of $250 million in capital, and the development and implementation of the company's business strategies. During his tenure Worldport created $350 million in market capitalization (Nasdaq-WRDP) for the stockholders of the company. Worldport was sold in a private transaction to Energsis of London, England during 1999 for $570M. (1990-1999)

From 1976 to 1990, Mr. Dalton was sole owner of a successful permanent and temporary employment company in Houston, Texas.

W. Dean Spies, CPA

Mr. Spies is a decisive, dedicated and results-oriented financial professional with business management experience ranging from start-up entrepreneurial ventures to well established organizations. Strong background in accounting, financial analysis, and internal audit covering a broad spectrum of industries including oil and gas and a variety of service sectors coupled with public accounting experience in multiple diverse industries. Specific expertise includes a commanding knowledge of accounting and finance, internal and external financial reporting, internal controls and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley requirements. Special skills in designing policies and procedures with appropriate internal controls using risked based methodology. Reputation as a proactive and energetic leader who effectively communicates with all levels and works well with internal and external personnel in both structured and unstructured environments.


Andrew G. Shebay, III-Attorney At Law

Mr. Shebay is a member of the Dalton Creation's team supporting special legal activities. He recently headed a class-action suit to force the management team, board of directors and certain shareholders of a public telecommunications to resign. His and the Company's effort lead to the reorganization of this entity under both a board of directors and executive management team that is attempting to secure proper market value for its shareholders.

Mr. Shebay was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1970, became a Certified Public Accountant in 1971 and was Board Certified in Tax Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in 1983.

He was admitted to practice in the U.S. Supreme Court; U.S. Court of Appeals-Fifth Circuit; U.S. District Courts, District of Colorado, Southern District and Eastern District of Texas; and U. S. Tax Court

Mr. Shebay received his BSBA from in 1967 and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 1970. He is a member of the Texas Bar Association, and Houston Bar Association.

Mr. Shebay's experience includes an extensive practice in Real Estate Law, Commercial Law, Tax Law and Estate and Probate Law. His experience includes four years with the IRS. He entered private practice in 1971.


Don Gibson

Don Gibson is the managing member of the Dalton Creation's litigation support team. Mr. Gibson has been providing technology consulting to the legal community since 1985. For the last fifteen years, he has specialized in trial consulting and the use of technology in mediation, arbitration and trial presentations. Don Gibson has spent over 285+ weeks in the courtroom with over ten percent of the AmLaw 100 law firms. He is currently the CEO and senior consultant of The Trial Division based in Houston. His background in motion picture and television production from SMU has led to years of helping others tell their story.
